This service allows you to purchase printable content at FamilyMart's in-store muti-copy machine. We offer a wide range of content, including popular entertainment such as games and anime, as well as exam questions and past papers.

At FamilyMart, you can either enter the print number into muti-copy machine, or select your desired item from muti-copy machine 's menu screen, insert the print fee, and then print. For more details, please see here.

A print number is a unique number assigned to each product and is required when purchasing items using muti-copy machine.
Even with the same image, the print number may differ depending on the paper size and other factors. Please be sure to check the product details (product name, image, paper size, print price, end date of sale, etc.) and confirm the corresponding print reservation number before coming to the store. -
You can purchase it using the Sharp made muti-copy machine installed in FamilyMart stores.
However, please note that this service is not available at some stores that do not have muti-copy machine installed.

You can specify and purchase up to 20 items for a single product.
When selecting your product on muti-copy machine, please specify the number of copies.
*However, the maximum number of coins that can be placed into the coin vendor is
5 x 5 yen coins, 40 x 10 yen coins, 18 x 50 yen coins, 30 x 100 yen coins, 19 x 500 yen coins, 4 x 1000 yen bills
Please be aware of this when purchasing multiple items. -
If you find any printing defects such as blurred, misaligned, or lines on the print, please be sure to bring your receipt and inform a FamilyMart employee where you made your purchase.
*Please note that we cannot issue refunds for incorrect product purchases.
*Please note that blurred edges on text or illustrations, or slight cropping of a few millimeters on all sides compared to the thumbnail, are due to the specifications of muti-copy machine and do not constitute a printing defect.
